June 13, 2011 - According to reports two people were injured on the 91 Freeway after an SUV rolled over. According to the California Highway Patrol two people were injured when a Honda CR-V flipped over multiple times in Anaheim in the eastbound lanes of the 91 Freeway.
California Highway Patrol Officer Denise Quesada stated the accident occurred at approximately 11:00 a.m. causing a SigAlert to be issued in the No.3 and 4 lanes in the vicinity of Glassell Street.
The SUV rolled over multiple times coming to rest on its roof, injuring two people, according California Highway Patrol Officer F. Olivera. Officer F. Olivera stated the driver of the Honda CR-V stated he fell asleep, striking the right shoulder guardrail, causing the SUV to turn over and skid approximately 200 feet.
According to the California Highway Patrol, witnesses stated there was another vehicle involved in the SUV accident and the authorities are looking for the vehicle.
