According to reports by commercial trucking accident lawyers in Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol the two left lanes eastbound on the 10 Freeway were reopened after a tractor-trailer truck crashed and blocked all the lanes.
The crash occurred after the truck jackknifed and rolled on its side in the vicinity of Frazier Street according to California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos. Officer Villalobos also stated the accident occurred at approximately 7:30 a.m. blocking all lanes in Baldwin Park for approximately two hours.
According to Officer Villalobos the California Highway Patrol drug the big rig to the right side of the 10 Freeway, crews then began working to turn the turck upright to be towed away.
Meanwhile the transition roads from the 605 Freeway going to the eastbound 10 Freeway are remaining closed.
Officer Villalobos stated that there were no injuries reported in the crash.
Currently highway officials are investigating how many vehicles were involved in the big rig crash, this includes several cars and buses that stopped to assist after the accident.
